Over the past decades, plastic-aesthetic surgery has significantly gained in importance, and now offers a wide range of tried and tested procedures. These either slow down or conceal the natural ageing process, or correct undesirable aesthetic characteristics. The range of procedures we offer is primarily for the facial area. In order to obtain best possible results from your treatment, we restrict ourselves to a certain number of indications.
After careful examination of the case, we will decide whether a plastic-aesthetic procedure needs to be carried out on an inpatient or day case basis. We offer the following plastic procedures:
The operation to correct the shape of the nose is one of the most common and also most difficult plastic procedures. We will discuss your individual needs and desires and various options during an initial consultation. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Lines and wrinkles in the facial area are a result of the natural ageing process of the skin. Certain factors, such as smoking and excessive exposure to UV rays, make them worse. Following a discussion with you, we may offer the following treatments to slow down the process:
Treatment with botulinum toxin uses short-term paralysis to reduce mimic wrinkles. It is particularly effective for treating worry lines and scowling wrinkles on the forehead.
Injections of these fillers temporarily plump the skin of facial lines and wrinkles. The substance remains in the body for up to 12 months and then simply dissolves. This reabsorption prevents the filler building up in parts of the face over time.
Since the effects of both these methods are non-permanent, there is no risk of long-term complications. This means they are extremely safe. But it also means that they need to be repeated at regular intervals. The length of the intervals varies considerably from person to person and can range from anywhere between three and eighteen months. A combination of the treatments for lines and wrinkles in the facial area can also be used.
